85-year-old man allows 4-year-old girl to touch his private parts because she was curious

An elderly man was arrested after allowing a young girl to touch his private parts.

85-year-old Charles Cecil Carroll of Idaho, was arrested after the child’s mother caught her 4-year-old daughter in the act.

Carroll was arrested on a charge of lewd conduct with a child.

Carroll is defending himself, and he said that the actions was not done for his own sexaul pleasure, but rather to satisfy the child’s curiosity.

Carroll said that he was very close with the mother and daughter, who are his neighbors. They share the same apartment complex.

The elderly man said that he was close with the mother and that when the baby was born, he went to the hospital to visit. “I loved her as if she were mine,” the elderly man said about the child.

Carroll said that he helped raise the child and would often babysit her. The girl and her mother spent time at his home on the day that the crime took place.

In an interview with media, Carroll said he wore a robe and smoked a cigarette in the dining room as the 4-year-old girl was around him and her mother was using the bathroom.

He explained that his robe opened partially and that he did not close it. Carroll said that the girl then walked over to him and began touching his genitals.

He claims that the act was not for his sexual pleasure, but that the child did so because she was curious.

When he was asked why he did not stop the child from touching him, Carroll said he did not have a good answer.

He admits that it continued for “three or four minutes before the mother returned to the room, grabbed her daughter and left.” She reported the incident to the police the same day, and Carroll was arrested.

He was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on $50,000 bond.

The judge issued a three-year order of protection, which banned him from being in contact with the woman and her daughter.

Less than a month later, Carroll was charged with violating that order after he drove by the woman’s house.

Carroll explained that he took out a loan for the woman's car and learned that she had missed two payments on the vehicle. He went to her house to see if the car was at her home.

In that case, he pleaded guilty to violating the no-contact order and was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
